For some strange reason, when I reflect on my life I see it like the time I tried to give myself a brazillian wax: I gave it a go, displayed various levels of stupidity, went through agonising pain, but looking back at the experience I have to see the hillarious side of things; afterall, I did manage to wax my bum cheeks together. Even as I lowered my arse into hot water, trying to melt the wax (unsuccessfully), I knew that once the pain was over and the burns had healed, there would be a good story to tell.
